Opportunity Overview
At Quality Solutions, we are seeking an Accounting Manager to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and the month-end close process. You’ll contribute directly to the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and strategic decision-making processes that support the continued growth of the company. After 90 days of successful performance, we are looking for you to grow into a Controller role, leading our financial operations into the future.
Who You Are:
Experience: 2+ years in accounting or finance, ideally in a small business or startup environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software, talent for leveraging technology skillfully to support business growth.Core Knowledge: Experience in accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, financial forecasting, and month-end close.
Growth Mindset: A desire to evolve and grow into a Controller role as you build on your experience and expertise.

What We Will Trust You To Accomplish
Day-to-Day Accounting Operations: You will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Take ownership of the month-end close process, preparing financial statements that reflect the true health of the organization.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, providing insight into potential areas for cost savings and investment.
Strategic Financial Support: Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and guidance that help drive business decisions, expansion, and growth.
