5. GO provided Office Equipment: For each new store, QSN receives equipment, completes inventory and holds it in our warehouse:
2-PC sets with monitor/keyboard/mouse, PC cam, Cannon Scanner, Lexmark, Juniper switches, Cradle Point, Cradle Point antenna (roof deck), CyberPower, Zebra printers, Zebra scanners, access points, patch cables, etc. QSN programs PCs, Zebra printers, test Zebra HH (reprogram as needed); Cradle Point install set up SIM, remote test with Ephrem. Package with photos of equipment, ship, track, call GC to confirm on site with no damage and place in secure location. Final install photos uploaded to GO database.
6. Floor Plan Layout: Voice & Data cabling, Speakers, Telephones, PC’s, Printers,
Zebra’s, data rack, etc.
7. Data Rack New Stores: Floor-mounted equipment and installation.
8. Data Rack Remodels: Floor-mounted or wall-mounted, after-hours install QSN coordinates with GO IT, GC, IO, CPM, verify GO equip onsite.
9. Low Voltage Cabling: Installation of high-quality CAT5e/CAT6 cables for robust
connectivity.
Strategic Collaboration
1. Order Coordination: Partnering with Decision Point for efficient order management. Confirm QSN has all systems on hand, programmed, tested, photo documentation, shipped, tracked, and confirmed product onsite.
2. System Design and Coordination: Working closely with GCs, Grocery Outlet CPMs, EC teams, attending Kick Off Teams meetings, 90% Plan Review Teams meetings, Weekly jobsite readiness Teams meetings to ensure all other trade work is complete to allow QSN successful installations.
Security and Safety
1. Fire and Security Alarm Systems: Submission of detailed plans for building permits
(two years in advance).
2. Delayed Egress Door Hardware: Equipment, installation, and integration with fire alarm systems for added loss prevention (plans submitted with building 2 years in advance).
